The Super Intelligence Chamber today announced the continued growth of its educational initiatives, chamber leadership activities, and strategic partnerships following President Trump's signing of Executive Order 14434, “Inaugurating the Era of Super Intelligence.”
The Executive Order directed the U.S. Executive Branch to replace references to “Artificial Intelligence” and “AI” with “Super Intelligence” and “SI” in official communications and covered federal documents, accelerating discussion about the future of intelligent technologies and their impact on commerce, education, and economic development.
The Super Intelligence Chamber emerged during a pivotal moment in the evolution of intelligent systems. The organization was established to help businesses, chambers of commerce, economic development organizations, public-sector leaders, and entrepreneurs understand the practical implications of rapidly advancing intelligent technologies.
Through educational programming, strategic partnerships, public engagement, conference presentations, and thought leadership initiatives, the organization seeks to provide guidance for leaders navigating the transition from the Artificial Intelligence era into the emerging Super Intelligence economy.
The Super Intelligence Chamber was founded by U.S. Air Force Veteran Christopher C. Herring, an international chamber executive, economic development advocate, and technology strategist.
Herring is the recipient of the 2023 Global Chamber Innovation & Excellence Award and continues to serve as the Steering Leader for Global Chamber Texas, reflecting more than two decades of leadership supporting commercial diplomacy, trade promotion, chamber development, business expansion, and commerce missions essential to Texas and global economic engagement.
As founder of the United States Super Intelligence Chamber of Commerce, Herring was invited to serve as a featured speaker at the 2026 Amplify Conference in Austin, Texas on October 3, 2026.
During the conference, Herring presented “AI and the Future of Business”, examining how intelligent systems are transforming business operations, workforce development, entrepreneurship, industry competitiveness, and economic growth.
The conference was led by VCMI and supported by notable sponsors including Wells Fargo Advisors, Frost Bank, DigitalGenetix, Kendra Scott, Whole Foods, and Pioneer Wealth Management Group.
Following the national announcement surrounding the transition from Artificial Intelligence terminology to Super Intelligence terminology, Herring introduced “The Super Intelligence Pivot”, an educational presentation designed to help chambers of commerce, businesses, innovators, and economic development organizations understand the opportunities emerging within the evolving Super Intelligence economy.
The initiative was intended to complement and align with the established mission of AI Chamber , creating continuity for members and stakeholders while introducing the broader possibilities represented by Super Intelligence.
The Super Intelligence Chamber expanded through a growing collection of educational, chamber, and thought-leadership initiatives, including:
These initiatives collectively support chamber innovation, business education, economic development, commercial diplomacy, and intelligent technology adoption across public and private sectors.
The Super Intelligence Chamber believes the future of intelligent systems extends beyond traditional concepts associated with Artificial Intelligence.
Today, organizations are deploying increasingly sophisticated solutions involving geospatial intelligence, consumer intelligence, economic intelligence, business intelligence, predictive analytics, and advanced decision-support systems. These capabilities continue to redefine how organizations operate, compete, and innovate.
To support public understanding and reduce confusion during this transition, the Super Intelligence designation is now being incorporated alongside the established AI Chamber identity.
The objective is straightforward: many organizations and individuals remain most familiar with the term AI. By connecting the emerging Super Intelligence identity to the recognized AI Chamber brand, businesses and community leaders can better understand how these concepts relate to one another and how intelligent technologies continue to evolve.
Rather than replacing AI Chamber, the Super Intelligence designation builds upon a trusted foundation while helping introduce the next generation of intelligent systems and capabilities.
As Herring's companies can attest through ongoing work involving geospatial intelligence, consumer intelligence, advanced market analysis, and decision-support technologies, the future being built today stretches far beyond what many traditionally considered Artificial Intelligence. These emerging capabilities demonstrate the practical power and promise of what Super Intelligence is becoming.
